Terry Schultz is a pro-active, hands-on, problem solving CAD Manager/Drafter actively seeking a position as a CAD Manager, Senior Drafter, Document Control in the Plumbing, Piping and Structural disciplines.  Terry Schultz has been in the Design/Drafting field for many years.  He graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associates in Applied Science degree and since then has worked in every discipline of the profession.  In recent years his main focus has been in the MEP field doing Plumbing, Piping, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) work.  Terry operated his own consulting firm working with large Engineering  firms specializing in waste water treatment plants to independent companies specializing in custom high-end log homes.  Terry worked closely with Structural engineers and Architects on projects that ranged from complex aeration basins to large commercial strip malls.  Terry Schultz is a person that believes that whatever you do, you should give 100%.  As a CAD Manager, Terry Schultz is a dynamic, inspiring, team-builder able to train, develop, counsel, and coach team members to achieve higher performance and productivity within the department.  As a Senior Drafter, Mr. Schultz is extremely detail oriented and is highly knowledgeable in drafting standards and the proper application of those standards to each project.

When Terry can, he enjoy’s water skiing, snow skiing and swimming.  Terry is not too bad at playing pool either.  The times that Terry Schultz has been able to, he enjoy’s camping and fishing.  Terry play’s golf occasionally and in the near future looks forward to getting better at it.
